Suicide A Sin...Fuck That!
Fuck...time to rant. I'm getting sick and tired of people talking about how 'suicide is a sin'. A one-way ticket to Hell. No, the church added it as a sin. As a means of controlling followers...during the Dark Ages to be exact. Besides, people who commit suicide are mentally ill (Depression is one). So, people are pretty much saying that they worship a tyrant monster God who punishes people who suffer from mental illnesses...maybe God sends the developmentally disabled to Hell as well. That is so compassionate and loving...like many of His followers...

I don't think it clearly says in the Bible that those who commit suicide go to Hell. It says "thou shalt not kill" and since you are killing yourself, and don't have time to repent, people assume you go to Hell. That's probably why it is such a huge controversy because there is no actual scripture saying it, so everyone assumes different things.
However this is what I think. As WaterSheerie said, people who commit suicide aren't in the right mind frame. I think most of them are searching for a love or comfort, because they feel so alone. Idk, I had a friend who committed suicide, and that night she was arguing with her parents, fighting with her boyfriend, etc. so I thought maybe she was searching for a love or comfort to help her. This being said, the God that I love and worship, would NEVER turn down his child if they were in need of his love. Therefore, if someone commits suicide, I honestly don't believe God would send them to Hell.
Well that's what I think...and I didn't post this to fight. I just wanted to give my two cents.
