Would anyone mind helping me out with a little tech support?

I am not at all savvy, when it comes to computers. I am self taught by trial and error for the most part and I think I am amongst many with much more experience than I with this site and I could use a little help, if you wouldn’t mind lending a hand. I am having problems hearing the music play when I come into someone’s site who has a jukebox. On my end it is very choppy and not playing songs in their entirety. Do I need to download something or well hey, I won’t keep guessing. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would greatly appreciate them if you do. Thanks up front for helping out. June

Thanks. I wondered about it being my internet connection. I'm on dial up, so I am definitely not zooming around here. lol I will check into your other comments as well. Thanks for posting.

One it could be you need a new sound card or possibly your computers connection isnt strong enough so it cant read it fast enough so its skips around this could be from the time of internet connection you have or if you dont have enough ram
