I have no idea. I've never looked at my finger nails that close. What I have basically looks like a row of back slashes and forward slashes with a slight overlap at the end of each line. So kind of like like Vs though not as steeply angled and the ends don't meet.
It could mean absolutely nothing since there is some debate that it is hereditary. For younger people this attribute is less common--the ridges can appear due to physiological aging. Often it signifies some vitamin deficiency, dehydration, poor health or kidney troubles. The horizontal ridges are however normally a problem--they often signify some sever physical and mental stress. I’ve found however that those with good fluid intake and adequate vitamin consumption don’t have either type of ridge evident in their nails or they disappear.
i LOVE fingernails. They're fun to bite. Especially on the toes, after they've grown for a good two months. Just like to bite it and chew on it like it was bubblegum. Dunno why.
