Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
Ok so there's this guy I work with. He has said some nasty things to most of the women who work there. One girl wrote a report that he had said things about using sex toys on her and eating her like something I cant remember. They didnt do anything about it. He's always coming to me and saying things about my ass. This guy has a wife and kid! When I was pregnant he used to say after I had the baby he was going to take me out and buy me lingerie and things like that. So the other day I dropped some silverware canisters on the ground and went to pick them up and he says "Dont worry about it, she likes being down on her knees." So I told the managers. The next day one of the managers walked by as he was commenting on my ass. She pulled me to the side and said "Did he just say something to you again?" and I was like yeah and told her what he said. Then I had to write a report as did the manager that heard it. So the guy got SUSPENDED for not even a week, and is gettin all pissed saying hes going to get a lawyer and wants to know how to spell the managers names. What the hell is wrong with this guy and why didnt they fire him? Im not going to feel comfortable working with him any more.
