Differences Between Rural & Metro Areas.

So I go back to my rural home this weekend where all the school buses have Skoal stains down the sides of the windows. Being this time of year everyone is wearing camo of some sort and no one gives you a second look. So I am wearing my native camo of my hometown because I'm an avid hunter. I leave and get back to the Metro area where I live and am still in camo not giving it a second thought as I walk into the grocery store when I notice everyone and their dog starin' at me. So naturally I check my fly and realize I am wearing my came and everyone else is wearing metro-sexual clothing. I have to laugh to myself at that point, but was wondering if anyone else has ever had this happen?

The more I think of it the more I do think it is a different culture. Everyone drives a truck or SUV and has a gun rack in their window. All the radio stations are predominantly country and even strangers wave at you as you drive by. Life just seems to move at a slower pace.

It is almost like 2 different cultures when you compare them side by side because there is such a difference.

Doesn't necessarily have to be camo, but have you ever caught looks for wearing something people don't consider the norm?
