How do you recognize a sociopath

I think someone I know may be one, but they do not fit all the characteristics I found online, a few that I know of but you can't really answer a lot of them without being the person. Any suggestions?

i knew this one kid that was one, he was in my class, he yelled swear works at the top of his lungs [during class], punched a boy, broke a book on a girls back, threw a chair at a girl, pulled everyones hair, threw my binder at me, and would start screaming shut up and cry, and he tryed to choke him self DURING CLASS

Don't mind at all. It's better than Bob or Elvis. The memory problems were just a reference for my superb ability to recall things of absolutely no importance and forget everything else. I know/knew a sociopath. I just typed it all down here already. I think... *hits noggin again*
