	I agree with eire. I think the death penalty should exist for all those sickos out there. They had their chance at life, not our fault they blew it by raping children, killing people etc.

	Not only do I think the death penalty is a good idea, I think we should go back to doing it in the town/city square. People tend to think twice once they've seen someone's eyes bulge as the rope tightens.

	i think that people should always have a second chance but with the death penalty its pretty stick and brutle but some people deserve it like if you melest(sp) a child i think thats distrubing and they should be killed for that or if they murder someone then he/she should also be killed cuz theres no good reason in the world to kill someone so ya idk my opinion

	an eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind. Im more for Omerta over imprisonment and death penalty myself. I find it hard to put a value on crime or sin. and say what is worth what about of time? Only humans put beasts in cages. sad really.

	An eye for an eye. Though I believe if you kill someone and are sentenced to life in prison, you should be tortured every single day of your sentence. It'll be worse then death, and when you kill another life, I don't care about your rights anymore.

	Do you remember when DNA became a way of solving crimes and all of those people on death row who were exonerated because of this? How can you say without a shadow of a doubt that someone is innocent. I don't think that anyone should be allowed to decide if someone should live or die, no matter how much power they have.
