um, i dont know the author off the top of my head, but be mine tonight, and the books that are sequels to it are good, but they have sex in em, so I dont know if youll want to try em.

I have no idea about vampire romance...sorry I wasn't a fan of Meyer... but Anne Rice is a beautiful author who deals with vampires. Someone might want to check that out.

Never heard of any of those books... the Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlain Harris is pretty good...
