I am terrified of the Dentist!

Yes, it's true. Im terrified of the Dentist. Not just because of the pain, but for the cost! I have 3 cavities i need to get filled. I didnt even know i had any cavities until a routnine check-up! And i have 3. Do you know how much it costs to get just 1 cavity filled? Anywhere from 100-150 bucks per cavity, if you dont have dental insurance. And i dont. Man....today sucks.

i hate my dentist, she was a sadistic bitch . ever since she mutilated my gums i have never gone back, just made sure i took care of my teeth, lol. thankfully my gums healed with no scarring.

I completely agree! They always do that to me! I also despise the fact they always comment on my popping jaw, even though they've known it pops for years!

so sry to hear that. I absolutely despise the dentist too. I've only had 1 cavity so far, and that tooth needs to come out, along w/ another part of a tooth. Yes, I'm 15 and I still have baby teeth. The dentists aren't too concerned about me getting them out though, cause they'll probably just yank them out when they pull out my wisdom teeth in a few years. I'm TERRIFIED of the Dentist too!!!

So, i thought i would just ignore my cavities until i could afford it. Bad idea! Just because you dont know oyu have cavities, or you cant feel them, doesnt mean you can ignore them. They get bigger over time, and they bigger the yget, the more they will start to hurt, and the bigger the cavity, the more it costs to get filled. I feel stupid, because i waited. Now, my tooth is really hurting, and im not looking forward to paying at least 300 bucks.
