That's sweet! Bailey is all about me "rubbin and scratchin" her back while she falls asleep. It's nice to have a nite nite routine like that.

Just out of habit my kids get a hug in the morning and before bed, but of course they get hugs during the day. If they allow me. haha!

I guess if you hug someone when they don't want to be hugged it could be to much, but if they want to be hugged then it's good right? My kids tell me "mom you need to make sure you hug me at least once a day" so that's our pact. They normally get to talk my ear off for and hour, a nice bit of cuddle before bed time. Jaz get's her forehead rubbed and trinity gets her back scratched and we are good.

I think one's hugging quota depends on the type of person you are. hahahahaaha. And, I agree with you, alot of hugging cannot hurt, as long as it is well-received. hahahaha.
