I've had some panic attacks at school. First I can't breath, then my vision gets blurry, then my hearing gets really loud like someone whispering would sound like a yell. Last time that happened the bell was about to ring and I ran outside the back way fell on the ground covered my ears and started crying. Lucky one of my freinds saw me because I passed out.

Thank you.. I know it's so difficult and I feel bad having everyone relive their experiences with it, but at the same time it's nice to know that I'm not alone.

i also used to have them all the time when my grandpa passed away .. i thought i was going to die .. I dont have them hardly ever anymore .. i have also learned i am healty and that it is all in my head .. your brain convinces you that your going to die or something .. when in reality YOU ARE FINE >. i think i went to the ER one time over one .. and now have crap load of bills to show for it .. after something like that .. you have to learn how to control it .. i would hate to have that happen to anyone else

Right.. I'll keep that in mind. I keep repeating it in my head that I'll be alright. I just hope that I can keep them away after this.

Thank you! I'm going to give it a shot... I hate taking this xanax and if there's anyway that I can get through this without medication, I'd be happy. Omega 3 it is! Thanks again, I really appreciate it!

No it took a couple weeks but they can come back again just remember if it does it's anxiety and it won't hurt you no matter what it feels like.. If you get so you can feel the onset you can pretty much talk urself through before you have it..omega 3 is good for brain health I read somewhere it helped with the chemicals that cause anxiety and tried it and been taking it ever since and it really works

That's what I've been told... that it can be genetic... it's only after I started having them that I learned my mom has high anxiety. I remember my first one - I actually fainted during that one, but luckily haven't again. I'm tempted to go to the hospital, but it'll all be a lost cause, I think.

I only had them in the car..I thought I would wreck I felt like I was gonna choke to death once ..So I went and had myself checked out..I thought noways this was anxiety but it was.. My dad has anxiety and I guess that's were it started..you don't have to be worried about anything and once you have one you worry about having another one and that can cause u to continue having them so you need to try your best to forget the first one happened ..hard but try

I haven't tried Vitamin B, but I have some here... and fish oil for omega 3... Strange I have those around me, but I never thought to take it. This actually helps, focusing on the words. Did it take you long to get over them? Did you have them regularly?

Do you know the feeling that everyone's looking at you like a failure? But you're such an overachiever that it can't be possible for them to see you like that... but having a panic attack, you start to think that maybe somehow you're proving them right...and then you're wrong. And then you see that your overachieving nature is just...dwindling. Does that make any sense? lol
