i think gay marriage should be perfectly legal! i mean, i myself am not gay, but i have a sister who is bi-sexual and quite a few REALLY good friends who are lesbian and bi-sexual. I really dont see what the problem is that people have with gay people. if theyre happy, why cant people be happy F0R them instead of trying to take their happiness AWAY from them? They are not hurting anybody by choosing to love someone, and just because their idea of love and happiness is different from yours, doesnt make it WR0NG! it shouldnt be up to ANY0NE else to tell someone who they are allowed to love, and who theyre not. What goes on in S0ME0NE elses relationship and household is THEiR business, not yours! if someone is making you happy, WHATEVER that person may look like, black, white, brown, purple... tall, short, fat, skinny... if you are HAPPY with that person, then you should be allowed to be with them! N0B0DY has the rite to keep anyone from happiness, or take anyones happiness away! And as far as how everyone goes on about how its wrong to CH00SE to be gay, who says they CH0SE? Did you just wake up one day and go, "i think im going to be straight!"? Probably not. So what makes you think gay people just woke up one morning an said, "i decided i want to be gay now!"? Chances are... they didnt! You generally have N0 control over who you are attracted to! im sure eveyones liked someone they wished they didnt, or had someone you thought was a great person or FRiEND, but you just werent ATTRACTED to! You dont control who you are attracted to! All you control is how you RESP0ND and ACT on those attractions!

Comment Voted down Well, my opinion is that Gay marriages, well gay people in general are wrong!!!! If God wanted us to have Gay marriages than he would have only created just males or just females. But that doesn;t mean that I am going to hate them, it means that I am going to pray for them and NOT preach to them but gentley show them that they have made a wrong choose in their life.

Just to toss out my opinion, I don't see why people want to ruin love for gay couples. If you don't want to marry someone of the same sex, then don't, but why would you ruin it for other people? Two men or two women uniting together in love and being able to share thier lives with each other shouldn't affect your life at all and if you can't stomach the thought on two men together, then don't think about it. There are more important things to spend your time and money on then the hunger to ruin peoples lives because you are homophobic. Or maybe you're not, maybe you are just religious. But not everyone is and it shouldn't change laws. Ever heard of seperation of state and church? Now I'm not saying anything negative about religion, to each their own so don't freak out.
I'm just saying... what if Suzie and Jenny were in love. Suzie gets in a car crash and might die. Jenny wants to see her in the hospital but the doctors only let immediate family in. Since Suzie and Jenny can't get married, Jenny doesn't get to see her love, Suzie in her last moments. Sad... yes? However, if Jenny was Suzie's spouse, she would have been able to be in the hospital room with her.
I know that with most of my friends I am preaching to the choir but I just had to give my voice.
