people get banned all the time, and jseek does respond to some of his email, some people were let back on after being banned because he reformatted the site

it also makes sense that they'd let it fester like it is... to make it have the appearance of disregulation. however, it is nonsensical for a website to pay it's own way without advertisers. jseek doesn't seem to give enough shit about what goes on here to even be looking for advertisers. it would make sense that it's government funded.
