Ok, Then she should be single. Ask her what kind of men she's attracted to. Often times if a woman is abused at a young age, without knowing, she is finding those men, or those men are finding her. Ask her to try and be with a man who bores her. It just may be the best thing for her.

she is 19 and she was raped and is uneasy around guys right now and also has had some bad relationships in the past and except for recently the most she was single in the last like 7 years was only 2 weeks at most so she feels she needs time to be single so she can figure things out and refind herself

If she is unsure, why is she unsure? I think that if she doesn't feel ready, than she most likely isn't and should give herself time to grow and mature. How old is your friend? What are the circumstances. Explain in more detail.
