I say if you're not happy in an environment and have the physical, emotional, financial, spiritual, and mental means of leaving to a new environment, then go. It's always better to be happy. You don't always have to adapt to your environment; you can manipulate your surroundings to make them adapt to you. There's three ways of approaching this situation: 1)change yourself 2)Change others 3)Change your environment. That's advice from my psychology book. Pick one of the three. However, I advise when changing others be assertive and "become the change you want to see in the world," (Ghandi). When changing yourself, make sure you're happy and when leaving to a new environment, make sure it is suitable for you. Change is necessary for growth. Without change there would bring no spring, summer, winter or fall. We would live in a very predictable Children of the Corn environment. My suggestion: change one of those three things.
