i like psychology,and id love to know what the general consensus is. id like to know what ppl who are just sick of life use to keep them from going over
When I was at my lowest and didn't know where I was going in life I would write my feelings down until I could figure out some new goals, I ended up moving to get to know my dad and decided to pursue a career in IT.. bearing in mind I was lost for a good year and a half, I was a mess.. I guess drastic changes is the solution, a completely new path in life..different place, different people etc..
well it doesnt matter n e ways my mom says she is gunna take me off therapy because she doesnt think i need it and its not helping ( she was hoping i would be like O MY GOSH-ish) haha.. which im not
i need ur advice.. i need to loose 50 pounds in a month do u know the quickest and healthiest way to do that.. or to at least get close to what i want to loose? (no i dont want to become annarexic (i kno i spelld it wrong)
Its not about finding a therapist that will say the things you want to hear. Its about finding one that you feel comfortable with, for one things. Also, therapist all subscribe to different methods and ideologies, so thats another thing to keep in mind.
