Eat very healthy. go vegetarian, but if you do, take iron and a multi-vitamin suppliment each day. do cardio work at the beggining until you become fit enough to worry about muscle. What you want in an excersise is something that makes you sweat. the more sweat the better. remember to drink WATER not anything else, as often as you can, an in as greater quantity as you can. lets say a glass when you're thirsty. what you also need to remember is that it is bad to over do it. take it slow, weightloss should never be quick, that is very unhealthy. But above all else, you need to make a sound plan and stick to it.
Why is it that it always seems to me that thin people have more fun. I am a big woman and i dont want to be super skinny but, weight slows me down and i want to play as hard as they do. Help!!
anyone that thinks that being overweight makes you a bad person obviously cant have anything else inside them to have to judge people by just looks. Yeah being "fat" can be bad for your health, no one can argue with that. But being a closed minded bigiot can be bad for your health too..well.. that is if you shout your mouth off to anyone who doesnt like it.
