Ladies...Cramps, Any Ideas?

Alright I've tried, Hot water bottle, advil, aleve, ibuprofens, Pamprin, hot packs, Tylenol with codine, elavating my legs, exercising, walking, laying down, sitting, breathing deep...etc. NOTHING WORKS!! Any more ideas?

im guessing you have "crimson cramps" or however spell it .. i have those.. it normal helps me to lay in a cool room layin in my bed on my stomach with a heating pad..... or a nice hot shower/ bubble bath....lol if not that try ur "cramp food" to get ur mind off it lmao .. mine is french fries dipped in milkshakes haha *YUM*

how bout midol..........if that dont work...then i think you may need to seek a professional opinion. my moms friends daughter had rough cycles, until she got pregnant. now its easier for her. not that im suggestion you go out and get pregnant. k....maybe that patch will work for you...that one that makes your cycles come ever four months...idk....

lol i love spinich in a few jewish encores, I can't remember the name of it, but I eat something else regularly which is a kiesh with spinach, bacon, peppers, and other stuff, its rather yummyyyy lol. yeah alot of cooked veggies is nasty, though I like artichokes, but not the heart of the artichokes.

yep spinache is sufficient, i'm not the biggest fan of veggied either, i hate cooked veggies, i only eat mine raw in a salad or juiced

i eat salads n stuff, usually spinach mix and being in the south i've become a big fan of yuca, its not greens but its got all your fiber and iron in it from what i'm told.
