Eminem: Role Model or Parnt's worst Nightmare.

Well...should we look up to Eminem or not? And why?

Look up to him/role model? No. I think the parents should be the ones trying to be role models for their kids. The kidsalso hit a stage where parents aren't what they want to look up to. At that point in the kids' lives, do I think Eminem would be someone to look up to? Still no. He's an entertainer. But is he someone those kids can learn respect from? Hell yes. He has achieved a lot, he's done that with his tenacious personality. Hatred came out in some of his music, but he's tough. He's been through a lot of rough times. Talking about it, and making it into something for other people to relate to is something impressive. Yes, he talks about shooting people, and he talks about beating people....but they said that way to express the extreme amount of anger he felt. Anger is something evryone can relate to, and to see how he overcame his obstacles and how he has achieved his goals...that is something amazing. It is something to learn from, it is something to respect.

Heck no... Do you really want your kids to grow up to hate you? He has nothing to rap about if he has a good life. That's why he divorced his wife again, because he didn't think he could rap about having a good life with a wife and a kid. I think it would be good if he would leave his mother alone too.

i agree...sure...some of his earlier stuff is questionable...but his newer stuff is all about life and love and the hardships and shit...about making it through and turnin his life around...i think he should be a role model

I think you should look up to the guy cause most of his songs are about making it in life and problems which we all can relate to...besides the guys got balls! Who else could say things about politics like him...in punblic?!
