yeah they did the same thing with Lord of the Rings. Especially the second one. In the book they mention Liv Tyler's character once I think, but she's in a lot of scenes in the movie. That's why a lot of the times I don't like seeing a movie if the book was really good, because I always think they are gonna mess it up
Yes, the books are way better than the movies have ever been. The way the movie attempts to fix things is to add things that weren't even in the book and sometimes even that messes up the film.
oh my goodness it took me 3 times to pass college algebra!! The first time I took it it was in a class with 500 people, so there was no individual attention, and the second time was just as big of a disaster. Try to test out of it if you can, because it is not fun!
yeah they have to be careful with Harry Potter. I've really liked all the books, but it's so much harder turning a book like that with so much detail into a movie. You have to consider your time limit, and while a lot of detail in a book is good, if you take that to a movie it gets boring
Well the fist Ice Age was really in my opinion kinda dull, I mean it had a good story, but it just didn't draw my attention, the second one however was more lively. I am very curious to see how the third SHrek will turn out too. Its a stretch, just like those of Harry Potter. The third was a dud. I still have no clue if the werewolf was a monkey or a wolf lol.
