Drinking age for the military

I think the drinking age for people serving in the military should be dropped to 18. Thats just because i am in the military and i like to drink. But i am able to get into places and drink and im only 18 because of a military id. So why not drop it anywayz.

We would still be the same. We all drink anywayz so what would be the difference. We would drink the same amount. Just in different places then what we do now.

I know what you mean. It seems daft we trust them with our country, but not a bottle of beer. But then do we want our military to all be drunkenly popping off to war? lol.

Drinking age in the UK and Austrailia is 18, but it just means that kids of 14/15 who look 18 start drinking younger than if the drinking age was 21 and they had to wait until they were 18 and looked 21. lol.

i think the age showed be lowered for the men and women in the military for the meir fact that if this country believes that at 18 years old your old enough to die for your country you showed be old enough to sit at a bar!
