	I'm all for it, if they've been PROVEN guilty. If they had enough to "prove" it just to get em convicted...that's another story. Let em sit in prison for life. 	OK I believe in the whole eye for an eye thing. If you murder someone by slitting their throat, then your penalty should be the same as the crime that you did. Everything that was done to the victim should be done to the murderer. I think they should feel the pain that the other felt while having their life taken away from them. Yes I know it is evil but the crime done was the same. No one deserves to be killed.

	well i beleive if someones sentanced to life in prison they should be executed...think about, alive they get free dental, medical, vision, secondary schooling, housing, 3 meals a day, for free...all because they commited and harsh crime...im for it...and i think texas, fast tracking it, has the right idea

	in australia we dont have the death penalty. but a lot of people think that it should be used for things like murder or rape. like Martin Bryant, on the 28th of april 1996 he shot dead 35 people including 2 girls one which he found hiding behind a tree. i think people like him should be executed
