This is pretty much the Part 2 to Judged w/  a different title.

Shine Through
They tell me not to judge
but they do
they tell me not to assume
but they do
they tell me to treat everyone the same
but they are the first to blame
when i start to give you a chance
they at first glance
start to judge
to assume
that you are no good
i wish they would
get to know the real you
get to know you the way i do
im so confused
do what my parents say i should
listen, obey, and always be good
or stay friends with you
and hope the real you shines through
hopefully someday they'll see
the same person that i see
underneath that scratched and broken skin
is a soul that lives within
a soul i know to be good
and would change their opinions if it could
they can judge
and they can assume
but someday the real you
will shine through
and on that day
i'll be the first one to say
i always knew
the real you would shine through
