Iv'e been living with shadow overhead
Iv'e been sleeping with a cloud above my bed
Anywhere i am it never seems to go away
I am never free no matter what i say
There could only be one remedy
Oh, for someone to fall in love with me
And only when i have a hand to hold
Will my dark shadow turn to gold.
