My Broken Heart |
George Bush Soliloquy
George Bush
To read or not to read, that's a good question,
Is it better to make up my own words or use normal English?
To struggle with the big words the public throws at me,
And not being able to read the dictionary,
To burn them, to end them, to read nevermore.
And by end them, to stop the pain of three syllable words
Words are heir to hurt feeling and lonely night at the office,
To burn them, to end them, then they may love me,
But there in lies a problem - how do you burn all the fricken books!?
How do we stop all the big words that trouble me
Stop! lets get some hogies!
Who would spend long hours writing a book
The words are too big, they hurt my head
The syllables make me cry, the dumbness of sovereignty
They all make fun of me, making me cry,
When i say stop thy laugh even more,
How should i stop this?
Bombing a nation, or getting more tacos
The fear of seeing Daddy mad at me,
May make me start an unnecessary war,
The unreadable books that I alone can't read.
My IQ won't return if I read them,
Then my brain will be so big,
I won't need a mail order degree,
The books with no pictures scare me. No colors!
The black reminds me of Saddam's skin,
It scares me to the point of curling into a little ball and crying,
No one listens to me anymore because I say,
"Never underestimate my courage!"
But really I just want a hug.
