Broken Hours A beautiful song of sorrow intones within your ears It brings you a millions of tears The pains strengthen deep down your souls The countless holes High-pitched voices Limitless choices Beautiful broken wings cannot fly anymore Weeping on the floor Seeing his lifeless face in your eyes Abhorring many goodbyes Thunderstruck words The skies collect the birds Waving at him a farewell Your knees fell Your hearts feel powerlessly Today will never end to die July 15, 2008 Author note: This poem is for my friends who are having a tragedy from their dad.
