Kisses of the Rain

Since the summer is beginning

The tears of the rain are flooding above us

Walking under the rain down the road

The clouds are creating a blackness

Slowly, the thunderstorms are touching down on the ground

Keeping my chocolate eyes on the clouds within a taste of the rain

My heart pulses thunderously

My legs are starting to escape to my house

Many thoughts are weighting my soul down

To the fire and ice at the same time

Deep inside, I am left out alone

All because my friends are not here anymore

I am trying to survive through this deal

The drop of the rain kisses my tongue

My voice whisperes,

"I miss y'all!"

My heart beat slowly to the dead world

Calming myself down

It is only the summertime begun

Waiting for the summer to end
