I’m sorry I’m a mistake

I’ll try and do better

I’m sorry I couldn’t tell you

So instead I wrote this letter.

You thought you knew me

But you really didn’t know

The things that I hid

The things I didn’t show.

I hid them well

And probably too long

I thought things were okay

But I guess I was wrong.

I don’t know what I did

Or even now what to do

I can’t stand the pain

The pain that’s caused by you.

But it’s not all from you

It’s from others as well

I’m sorry I’m not perfect

That I put you all through hell.

So I’ll save the rest of you

And maybe one day you’ll see

That I didn’t mean to hurt anyone

Cause I love you all more than me…
