Against It All

The difference between us is not different at all

What we hold so dear is what sets us apart

As the anger inside you  

Flares its way to the top  

Your eyes ignite

Like a Supernova

Bursting to

Peices

The anger you feel as you pounch the walls out

The falling of your tears you cant hold back

The sounds you make as you try not to remember

Is the pain you feel that no one can take away

So you pray and pray each and every day that you'll stop doing this

To yourself for theres nothing you could have done

I watch the flames ignite as I too can do nothing  

But to hold onto you , give you room on my shoulder

You bury your head into my chest

And sob the emotions that are destined to come out  

And each and everyday I pray that  I'll be there
