yes we had many ups and downs 

no we were not unhappy

i was stupid and let you go one too many times

you were stupid enough to watch me walk away

maybe i looked back

maybe you turned your back

they said we werent right for eachother

we said it was a love like no other

i gave in

you moved on

he said he loved you

she said she needed me

we both needed eachother

after all this time we still arent together

before we always said our love would last forever 

now everything is so complicated

you changed

so did i

me for the better

you for the worse

now your not the same and i dont like it

im different and you love it

why must it always be opposite

how can we keep missing eachother

what are we going to do

where are we going to end up

you say you still love me more than anything

i say i miss you more than anything

we are meant to be

but what if they're right?

maybe its no longer worth the fight
