ironic

i dont know if im so good with poems

i have nothing really to say 

poems are supposed to express your emotions

and right now i dont really have any to express

i mean i have feelings its just that

im not so happy or so sad or so angry

that i need to write about it

im kind of content with my life for now

its actually kind of boring

ive seen all my friends and a few other people

because of weight training i guess 

but afterwards i have nothing to do

i occasionally go swimming to work on my tan

but there's nothing exciting going on

so i guess i am expressing an emotion

or two

boredom and contentment

but does that really count? 

in good poems, usually,

they express great amounts of

happiness or grief,

but mine is only about me

being so bored that i am

writing this poem.

that makes sense, right?

i like poems, but should i even bother posting

this because it's really pointless.

nothing important or moving is said here.

it's more of me just ranting on about my contentment

and my wonder of me having the capability of writing

this poem. Kind of ironic?
