numb life

I must use all my powers or repression
to avoid this growing depression
invading my every thought
making all the good rot
but im sick of the fight
against this blackest night
so im starting to live in the black
where you lose all track
of where you are going and where u have been
even forget some of ur sins
time is moves faster here
when you have no fear
of you ultimate end
you no longer fend
scrape and claw to make ever second count
try to make yourself amount
to something beyond what u are
become as bright as a star
im simply trying to move
from one second to the next work into a groove
this is what my life has become
just seconds of absolute numb
