Is hard to hear
A double-edged sword
Bringing only tears
Mostly lies
A truth is so rare
The burden it brings
Is too much to bear
Poetry is a way
To explain the soul
To uncover the secrets
That we all withhold
Words say
What the mouth cannot
It's time to speak
Not to be distraught
The immortal verses
We all present
Are the only way
We can truly vent
Emotions are trouble
Where can we hide?
Can we finally speak the truth,
Or be trapped in the lies?
