The sound of the sea
Opened her eyes
So she could see
The taste in the air
Kept her alive
So she could care
The tender touch of fear
Left her alone
With just a single tear
Her life was hard
Her days were spent alone
The relm she lived in
Covered by the shadows
Not a single person could see
The pain she believed
The screams she could hear
The hurt that caused
The oceans to cry
