uncontrolable mind that changes thoughts at the switch of a dime. Hands shaking dont understand what is going wrong. the cry for help unable to be heard. the tears that flow unable to stop. the uncontrolable feelings that just flow through, making you undable to stay still. my uncontrolable mind and feelings.
