Things done and said
In the past
Bitterness and unforgiveness
Why should these last?
These things have been done
Again and again
But I must not be mad
For we are full of sin
I humble myself
To give you new life
Because only death come
Through angr and stife
My forgiveness is not
Just mere words
But it can only come
From the hand of the Lord
I'll die to myself
To show you this truth
And I know I don't have to
But I can show you some proof
I'm sorry for all the pain
And the backbiting
But forgive me as I forgive you
There is no use in fighting
I love you
And I know you love me too
So all I have to say
Is, "I forgive you"
In the past

you have a way with words, if i have any suggestion for you it is to not make it HAVE to rhyme, i say this all the time, but some people switch around words so that they can make it catchier, i believe you could make it catchy enough without rhyming it |
