Sneaky Winter Callings
You were freezing, You were crying, You were out of your mind
I was blinking, in the bathroom, thinking time was refined
Someone offered you a blanket, You were barely alive
And the sun, came upon us, like the moon in the sky
Piece it all together, have an inquiry, tell supposed novels of regret to wizardry
Watch for fortune cookies changing destinies, In the rain I hope that I can't fly, Growing fat in salty digs of decencies, Anyday now someone else will die
And we'll get by
In time the eyes grow thicker and look much sicker and say goodbye boa constrictor
Only pain is real and quicker to reveal all that is around
When I try to give a message could you please just jot it down
And remember I'm the one who's always smiling
Glory, Glory, Glory, Glory
In an igloo is the warmth that I was storing, Let's wait till morning
