I used to cry at everything
Now I'm completely unafraid
I couldn't handle all the feelings
Now I see that you have changed
But I'm stronger that I was
I can hold my own
I can stand up to anything
You should have known
I'm stronger than I was
All the hate and the anger
All the guilt and the regret
My heart was in danger
But you haven't succeeded yet.

I understand things you'll never know
I lived through all the hurt
I've been places you'll never go

This is so true. I have spent several years looking for a man and all I found was guys who don't know how to treat a lady and the one guy that I wanted and knew how to treat a lady just walked out. Well keep on writing stuff like this and you'll go far. |
