I Begin To Fall

I look up and see it

falling, falling through the sky

Not falling, floating

It's cold but it stirs a warmth in my heart

A soft spot you might say

It frightens me and excites me

floating not falling

little specks of delight

The cold embrace

Maybe death

Could be death

floating floating until it touches my face

And i become it.

i fall, no float down to the earth

I lay still and unmoving

I breath in the air

I lay with my companions

As another jumps through our midsts

I'm floating not falling

I'm alive, but not.

I melt in the warmth of someone's heart.

And I begin to fall on my face.

I begin to let myself be free in the wind

I float float float because I am the snow.
