Abusive

You say to me

I hate you

and I say back

but is it completely?

You say its true

but I can't believe

you could hate someone

who used to love you.

We shared times

that would make

others cry, and now you say

you've hated me all your life.

I look at you

and then feel flesh

hit my pale cheek

but feel nothing new.

Anger blazons your eyes

and burns into me

but what do I feel

that isn't a lie?

You yell at me

and tear at my heart

but I still know

somewhere you love me.

Call me crazy

but I just think

you couldn't hate 

your love that was never hazy.

So now I sit here

bleeding my heart out

after your uncontrolled rage

that fed off my fear.

I love you still

but you say hate rules you

and you walk away

from your brutal kill.
