I never saw it coming,

thought that I was being used.

Now I know you're different,

there's no need to be confused.

Through the time I felt my ugliest,

and saw that no one cared,

you filled my life with happiness,

my broken heart repaired.

I fell for you so quickly,

though it took some time to say.

A possible rejection

made me keep my thoughts at bay.

A new meaning of love,

we've left the rest behind.
