The Worst Habit |
Just Hold Me
Last night I had a dream
I wish it were real
After I had woke
My dream emotions, I could still feel
Feelings running so rampant
Of love and hapiness
I never knew I could have
A moment of sheer bliss
The dream started off
Us laying hand in hand
Under the stars
Watching snowflakes land
The night grew colder
My breath, I could see
I rolled over, you gazed into my eyes
I whispered the words, "Just hold me"
You held me in a tight embrace
Like no one ever had
My void was finally filled
No longer would it keep me sad
A star shot across
The beautiful winter sky
You said, "Make a wish"
So I decided to try
I know it worked
Just like a charm
Around me in a second
I felt your arm
I looked over and saw
An unfamiliar sight
Your face wasn't sad
You held me tight
In a second
Your lips found mine
And at that moment
I knew everything would be fine
