I'm Tired

im tired of waking up each morning
just to live another day
because i want to live for the moment

im tired of wishing
just to get my hopes crushed
because i hate feeling worthless

im tired of getting close to people
just to lose them
because that's worse than them dying

im tired of going to school
just to sit for six hours
because it aint helpin no one

im tired of trying to love
just to end up getting hurt
because it's never worth it

im tired of living by the rules
just to find out they dont make any sense
because i want to live up to my own expectations

im tired of trying my best
just to get knocked down
because what's the point of life anyways?

im tired of going to sleep each night
just to get some rest
