What I Want

Every day's just like another,

I go to school and learn,

but no one really understands

exactly what I yearn

I want to be noticed,

stick out among a crowd,

but that doesn't have to mean

that I must be loud

I want a certain someone

to look at me and see

that I am a good person

and have a good personality

I want to achieve

my own dream career

but can I really do that

just by sitting here?

I want to learn everything,

make my mind expand

and make my entrance to the world

absolutely grand

Does any person understand

exactly what I need?

I want my mark made on the world

done at lightning speed
