Angel No More

What once was an angle is no more

Her glorious wings cut off and torn

She is now but a mere mortal

That is to walk this earth forever

In pain and agony she wishes to be gone

For once she realizes that there is such a life without end

She cries for help but no one can hear

Her words are but a mere whisper among the wind

She is just a spirit alone in the world

Where there is only pain and suffering

Because she is an angle no more
