Behind these tattoos and piercings I hide
afraid that your world and mine will collide
never allowing you to know me
I hide behind all this as you see
my heart, soul, and mind have become rotten
and all existence of my being forgotten
My world shatters and begins to fall
now immersed in the dark of it all
