My Best Friend

My Dearest friend, If you dont mind, I'd like to join you here tonight; where we can talk about the things that made us mad, and  the things that were of no need at all.  

To you My dearest friend I promise you this, I rather die than watch you cry. Hold my hand, its just for you, I'll take you there no worries no pain. 

Just hold my hand now please, tell me youll be with me, and everythign will be okay. Can't you see, my only reason for living is you.

Can't you tell, the only one Im waiting for is for you to tell me you want me there.

Would I have to let you fly off on your own, and watch you grow up. Or will you wait for me, and let it show that all you ever wanted was your friend to fly with you. 

To you my dearest friend, would you ever tell me what makes you sad, tell me how to make you laugh, giggle, or even smile?
