I was feeling blue
A little dissatisfied
And that wouldn't do for me

I thought what can I do
To be gratified
How 'bout some retail therapy


Oh that sounded great
Until I opened my purse
To find not much more than lint

Indeed I hate
It seems a curse
To find the monies all been spent


But where there's a will
There is a way
So I took the $20 that I found

I thought I'll turn that bill
Into a pile of hay
I hit the road, was casino bound


Now I don't go a lot
In fact it's very rare
But today I was on a mission

All worries forgot
At the machine I stare
Grant my wish, I give permission


I pulled the lever
It started to spin
Fingers crossed, I need a hit

My plan was clever
As I did win
Some joy replaced my current snit


It wasn't a bunch
But it was a start
A point of reference to begin

And I had a hunch
Down in my heart
Of what I needed to play, if I wanted to win


Just one game would suffice
And of course that's craps
So at the table, I took my place

The dealer threw the dice
I won, oh snap
Shoulda seen the smile upon my face :D


My streak just kept on going
Yee Haw, Woo Hoo
Must have a horseshoe up my ass

But I also have the knowing
Of very few
That streaks will very rarely last


The time to stop
Is when your UP
Collect your money and get out

So today I'll shop
And spend my cup
Yeah that's what I'm talkin' about!!!!


Now some may say
With times so rough
That what I did, was not using wit

But that's O.K.
Cause when the going get's tough
Frankly Scarlet, I don't give a sh*t!
