Yes or No

Let your yes, mean yes

And your no, mean no

Let no one have to guess

If you’re to or fro

If you said you will

Let your actions show

That your yes meant yes

Or your no meant no

You will gain respect

When you act this way

When your handshake is law

They have no doubt you’ll pay

That’s how respect is earned

There’s no other way

Than to say what you mean

And to mean what you say

Let your yes, mean yes

And your no, mean no

Follow this simple rule

No matter where you go

‘Cause when your handshake is law

There’s no doubt they’ll know

If you said it, you meant it

Be it yes or no
