sixtiesdoll This is amazing~ I agrre with it. Although I'm lacking in Faith, no wonder I'm so lost~ It's hard for me to hang on to it. Your poems lift me in a sense though.

gonzo4201 Yes indeed, this is very good. For you, your faith is everything, but mine is my family, not really into the whole religious thing, myself, but that's your thing, and I think this poem expresses that beautifully,WONDERFUL JOB!!

seekerovtruth 5 years ago it was suggested to me to write a daily gratitude list. It began with things on it just like so many I know, thankful for things I have that others don’t. This went on for several years as it seemed to be a good way to look at things to keep my mind at of the dumps. Then something happened to me (please read my second vision listed in my stories)! I received God’s love and grace in such a profound life changing way, that it totally transformed my attitude and outlook on life. When I looked at my gratitude list with a different mindset I noticed that what sat dead center in the middle of everything I was happy for was ME!!! Me, Me, Me, it’s all about me! How pathetic it was to have that realization. Everything that I was grateful for was stuff I had that others didn’t. My house, my food, my health, my, my, my. PEACE!
